Ikonik Gran Via Hotel - Madrid

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options from fresh pastries to a generous selection of fruits-definitely a highlight of my stay.

The air conditioning in my room could have been cooler. To get the temperature to a comfortable level, I had to set it at 18 degrees.

An unexpected adventure in Madrid

The hotel boasts an very nice location on Gran Via, allowing easy exploration of central Madrid. I loved the amazing balcony views from my beautiful room, especially during sunset.

Noise from the cleaning staff in the early morning interrupted my sleep several times.

The room was updated and clean, had essentials, like a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The location was perfect, so close to old town Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was really helpful during all this time.

Location is ideal with fine room views.

The Ikonik Gran Via impressed me with its vibrant decor, combining blue and white marble and stained glass. Conveniently located near various Metro lines, I found it easy to explore Madrid. My room had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, perfect for my needs. Issues arose with noise, primarily from furniture being moved during cleaning. It was disruptive during my attempts to rest. While the cleaners were thorough, the sounds carried from the hallways and other floors. I appreciated the bathroom's cleanliness but noted that the windows in the toilet did not provide adequate insulation against cold during winter. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, definitely a highlight of my stay. While I enjoyed the ambiance and comfort, the noise disruptions affected my experience significantly.

That the noise from room cleaning and hallways made it difficult to relax. The mattress was comfortable and the Metro access was very convenient. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff were great, despite the disturbances.

I enjoyed the central spot, as i could easily walk to el retiro park in about 25 minutes and the grand gran via within just a few minutes, making my city explorations good.

We loved the vibrant vibes of this place! The nearby street was bustling. Plus, our dog felt right at home in our cozy room, perfect for our group's needs.

My kids wished for a play area. A small space would be great.

Ikonik was a great choice! The location is perfect, as most attractions are within walking distance. The staff, especially vanessa, were really good, helping with directions and reservations. Breakfast was a huge highlight, offering a fantastic selection from pastries to fresh fruit.

I loved my stay! The breakfast had a wonderful view, and I could unwind in the cozy lounge area after a long day. My room was a bit snug for my large bags, but it still felt just right for my solo trip. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop terrace for some great views! 🌟

This place is super convenient! The breakfast was excellent, I mean they had everything from pastries to fresh fruit. And you know what? The staff, especially that Vanessa, helped us out with directions and our restaurant reservations, she was fantastic! What a relief when she sorted it out for us.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it for how nice it is!
